All of our programs offer a combination of in-classroom and real-life situational experience. Courses are available for TCOLE credits, actual credit amounts may vary based on program.

CO-FOUNDER
Lieutenant
Lt. Miller is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience in both law enforcement and corrections. He has served as a patrol officer, detective, sergeant, and currently serves as an operations Lieutenant. He has been an integral part of numerous high-impact operations targeting street crimes, narcotics, organized crime, violent crime, and fugitive apprehension.
For over ten years, Lt. Miller concentrated on specialized investigations in narcotics and organized crime. From 2018 to 2023, he served as the Sergeant of the Narcotics and Organized Crime Units, where he supervised hundreds of undercover, surveillance, and tactical operations, many of which extended beyond local jurisdictions to regional and multi-state levels. Lt. Miller has collaborated with multiple federal agencies and initiated cases beginning at the local level, escalating to federal cases and leading to the arrest and prosecution of drug traffickers nationwide.
Lt. Miller is recognized for his extensive expertise. He has been a certified TCOLE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement) Instructor since 2007 and has trained hundreds of cadets, probationary officers, and veteran law enforcement personnel in areas such as Arrest, Search, and Seizure, Narcotics Investigations, Racial Profiling, Hostage Negotiations, Intoxicated Driving Investigations, and Surveillance Techniques.
Through his distinguished service, Lt. Miller continues to demonstrate his commitment to protecting the community and advancing law enforcement practices through leadership and education.

Detective
Det. Fallon has worked for the Cedar Park Police Department since 2018 and started his Law Enforcement career in 2014 in McLennan County Texas where he worked as a patrol officer, street crimes tactical officer, SWAT Operator, and Vice undercover officer. Det. Fallon is currently assigned to the Organized Crime Unit with the Cedar Park Police Department and assigned to the Williamson County Overdose Task Force.
Det. Fallon has received extensive training pertaining to narcotic investigations and the investigations of various crimes which arise from drug trafficking activities. Det. Fallon has received specialized training about narcotics trafficking and money laundering from the DEA and has been personally involved in investigations concerning the possession, manufacture, distribution, and importation of controlled substances, as well as methods used to finance drug transactions.
Det. Fallon has participated in hundreds of investigations of violations of various State and Federal laws. Specializing in undercover and overdose investigations, Det. Fallon has been attached to several Task Force units during his time as police officer in various Narcotics and Fugitive apprehension units.
Det. Fallon was voted consecutively the TNOA (Texas Narcotics Officers Association) Narcotics Officer of the year for 2022 and again in 2023. Det. Fallon was awarded the Chiefs Award of Excellence in 2023 for his expertise in Fentanyl and overdose investigations, and the Leonard Reed Ambassador Award for his efforts in the fentanyl epidemic.
Det. Fallon has been an active TFO (Task Force Officer) with the Austin DEA TDS (Tactical Diversion Squad) in response to the Fentanyl epidemic. He has extensive expertise in not only street narcotics but pharmaceutical narcotics.
Det. Fallon is also an instructor for various courses in and out of the State of Texas. He regularly instructs several classes with the Undercover Officers Association and SWAN Tactical in various states across the country.
Det. Fallon is one of the Cedar Park Police Departments phone analysists and holds certifications as a Cellebrite operator and Physical analyst. Prior to Det. Fallon’s law enforcement career, he competed in professional Muay Thai where his high-level hand to hand combat skills have transferred into an exceptional resource for law enforcement defensive tactics. He received a vehicle combatant’s certification from the Garland Police Department through the Texas Narcotics Officers Association.
